OT: a tutorial to install and use Frida on the latest osX / iOS

Hi! This is a bit off-topic but I couldn't get to install and use Frida to do process injection either on osX or iOS with the latest version. I guess there's an issue with SIP, although their documentation doesn't properly document it.

Would it be possible for you to write a small gist / tutorial / bluesky thread to show how to install and use Frida for iOS and osX injection?
