SOP creation as remote link

If creating https://sandbox7.fairdomhub.org/sops/23 as remote link to https://fairdomhub.org/sops/401, after tetsing URL got a warning: "Access to this link is unauthorized. You can still register it as a link, but somebody wishing to access it may need a username and password to login to the site and download the file.", which is ok. Could finish SOP creating, but it is created NOT as remote link, but file seems to be copied . SOP is shared for manging with all developers
