Multiple entries of the same programme name

Why do we have multiple entries of the same "Programme name" popping up in the list to choose from, when we want to associate a Project to the Programme?

I checked on the fairdomhub and a local instance, and I can't reproduce. The list of programmes are all unique. Do you have a screen shot?

Alan tells me it is probably an issue only with the Programme Admins

It may well be due to the open/closed programme ability that I put in. It will require debugging after September 9th.
