Add "Upload RO-Crate" option to new version form

Like in the "New Workflow" form.

Currently only there are only the other 2 options:

Uploading an RO-Crate would completely replace the files in the internal Git repository with the contents of the uploaded RO-Crate.

Thanks for posting it here, Finn. As discussed, it would be a great addition to add "version history" to workflows uploaded from RO-Crate (as the ones with the COMPSs workflow type).
