migrating/copying/ exporting-importing of CV (controlled vocabularies) lists between SEEK insatnces

Creating CV lists, especially with ontology terms is a time consuming process and it would be good improvement (towards FAIR data) to have a way to move/migrate/etc all (or part) of CVs from one SEEK instance to another one.
