We are using SEEK to share data between our bioinformaticians and our clinicians. This includes dozens of samples and multiple files per sample.

Some of our users are deterred from using seek by the fact that they have to download every single file individually instead of having the option to download multiple files at once. For example all available files belonging to an assay.

I saw 'Project folders, to help organise files outside of the ISA structure' on your roadmap. Maybe this feature would fit there.
