Harmonize Template and Sample Type view

There are mismatches on format and type of information displayed when looking at a Template or a Sample Type. A Template page should be similar to a Sample Type page. The screenshots below are from a Template and a derived Sample Type (ST)

For the Template page:

• [ ] 3. The details on Attributes should follow the style of the Sample Type page
