CV lists for model not extendable

in SEEK if creating model metadata CVs (model type, model format and execution environment) are not extendable (by user) like e.g. assay types or technology types) why not? 2. what is a current way to meet user requiremnts ?

Can one PLEASE add " Python code" to model formats (manually ?)- urgent request

I've added Python code to the FAIRDOMHub, but it also needs adding to the seed data, along with other model metadata cvs that have been manually added
