Store additional ontology information for controlled vocab

retrieve from the OLS api (if possible), and store

  • ontology name
  • ontology version
  • root term label

also make this information available in the UI and API

I am not sure it is the same ontology that is used in Sample_type but, if it is, can root term description be saved as well? It should be used to populate "description" field of sample_type attributes (and template attribute) that have a PID (root term).
