Ability to link a controlled vocab to multiple ontologies

Currently, a CV is linked to and populated from a single ontology from OLS, and root term.

A need has come up to support terms from multiple ontologoes. Although this is possible manually, ideally the UI should allow to make this easy to do, and store a record of the multiple sources

Need to consider if the same label occurs more than once

Would this include ontologies that are not being fetched from OLS? Or is fetching ontologies from other sources than OLS an independent feature?
