Upgrade to amazonka 2.0-rc1

Working towards supporting Amazonka 2.0 (see https://github.com/seek-oss/serverless-haskell/issues/169)

I have no idea if this works yet, just made it compile and fixed the tests. Anyway I need to test our proprietary app which has couple of lambdas using your serverless-haskell library, I'll get back to this once I've tested this with our app.

DISCLAIMER I wouldn't merge this until amazonka 2.0 is officially released to hackage. But I need github revision to be able to test the changes.
