Allow runing backups at user specified time

Hello,

Thank you so much for all your work on seedvault, so far the app works great on my CalyxOS phone, and it connects perfect to my Nextcloud Server.

The downside I have so far is that while I'm on the phone, at whatever time, seedvault starts doing uploads to my server and then my streaming or watching whatever on the phone gets really slow.

So, I would prefer if there was a way on the settings to specify a time where seedvault can do the backups and also upload them. It could be a setting where I could say:

• do 3 backups per day, at 6AM , 12PM and 2AM or
• do 1 backup per day at 2AM

Backups get triggered by the system and observing certain conditions like charging and network connectivity. Hacking in additional timeable schedules would be possible, but far from being a priority.
