component not working in older version

Seems like component is not compatible with older versions of web view, I've tested this on older safari and the default web view which comes with android 6.0 and when I press login loading gif appears, then nothing. I cannot debug this but to reproduce this , share content to facebook then click it "with facebook app" it opens a webview and ignores installed chrome.
