Can't seem to start Extraterm on Windows

Log doesn't seem to help much extraterm.log I'm on Windows 10 (19041.1)

I'm kind of out of ideas on this one. You can try deleting the Extratermqt appdata directory and see if a clear start helps.

There is something going on. The nightly build won't start up on my Windows machine right now. From source does though. It might be related to having multiple monitors connected and disconnected all the time. Now that the problem is happening, I'm going to let it continue until I can pinpoint the cause.

The current 0.73.0 release won't start on windows 10 from clean install.
