highlighting a text in a tmux window where htop is running in another pane

when having a tmux window with several panes - if in either of the panes some thing like htop/top is running that refereshes the output, then selecting text in other panes (that have focus, and htop doesn not have focus) is messed up - you start highlighting with mouse, but in a second or so when the other pane is refreshed, then the whole screen is highlighted let me know if with this you can repro if not, I can provide more details (I use the latest version 0.44.1 as of today on WSL/Windows 10)
