Count problem with frames or from

Hello,

I noticed a difference in the way the output is treated with frames.

When you pipe a line count on a frame there is always one line missing in the count. It doesn't seem to be empty/first/last line trimming, I did the test with several empty lines or none and it is still the same.

This issue isn't forgotten. I'll look into it when I have some more time.
