Maintainer seems disappeared, where should we go next?

As title, some of the issue has been fixed on PRs but @sedmelluq seems disappeared Looking over his profile he haven't commit anymore since June of this year If we wants this project to get alive we need another maintainer to fork this or go to a current fork, what i mean go to also mean move all PRs to there too where should we go?
