Add support for LISTEN.moe

Right now I can play audio from https://listen.moe/opus as expected, but no audio track info is shown.

This can be implemented through their websocket thing(tm): https://docs.listen.moe/ws/spec.html#receiving-data

If you want you can use a library i made for that. Its really simple to use
