We are right in the middle of a release in OHIF, and I can test this later hopefully, sorry about the delay

We cache images, so that you don't network request when going back.

I don't see the reported issue anymore in Cornerstone3D 2.0

I'm almost done with exporting segmentations and will create a PR soon. The [import](https://github.com/OHIF/Viewers/blob/master/extensions/cornerstone-dicom-seg/src/getSopClassHandlerModule.js) is done at OHIF here, although probably I will move it to adapters soon

@longuto you can take a look at the example https://www.cornerstonejs.org/live-examples/contourrendering and its code.

There is no support for more than 255 segments right now
