Feature: Able to sort mods by "enabled time"

This would be very useful when enabling a bunch of mods and going to the game sometime later, if the game crashes, to figure out which are the latest enabled and go back to the previous working config.

I think there should be testing stage to find out something wrong with mods. So this tab in mod list i think should be disabled by default. Because final users must get stable mods without bugs. So if this feature would be released it should be as dev feature
