Hitting "Enter" always returns to top of scroll range

Running on Windows 10, Atom 1.19.3, quantum-shell 0.7.1. Every time I hit the enter key, the scroll bar jumps back to the top of the scroll range.

Same to me in OSX Sierra, this bug make unusable this plugin to test my script.

Same here on MacOS 10.14.5, this makes the plugin useless.

Same thing on Arch Linux, Atom 1.49.0 x64. The bug exists since 2017, will it be fixed?
