Fix `Dockerfile.aarch64-unknown-linux-musl` to support latest changes

Summary

Previously, main Secutils.dev deployment relied on the Docker image produced by Dockerfile.aarch64-unknown-linux-musl (aarch64, musl). But starting from 1.0.0-alpha.5 it will no longer be possible since deno_core we use for the custom JS runtime doesn't support this platform yet, even though Alpine 3.19 is already shipped with deno: https://pkgs.alpinelinux.org/package/v3.19/community/aarch64/deno
