High CPU Usage UDP Remote Port Forwarding

Is it normal to have 95% CPU when using ssf UDP remote port forwarding? Testing the connection with iperf and speeds of 70mbps.

SSF Server command: ./ssfd -p 10000 -g SSF Client command: ./ssf -V X.X.X.X:9000:127.0.0.1:9000 -p 10000 X.X.X.X

I noticed the same issue on both client and server, but only during about the first minute, then the consumption was pretty low or even zero, while streaming a remote screen.
