Is there any way to track how all source spread even they haven't trigger a leak?

Dear developer: I want to get a graph showing how the source detected spread in a method or between methods,and the class InfoflowResults now i use can only tell me how sources which trigger leak spread from source to sink.But how can i know the spread path of a source not trigger leak.I considered to generate a CG and CFG first but i don't know where the APIs related to CFG are.I'm hearing for some suggestions,thank you.
