变更摘要 此拉取请求旨在统一 Kuscia 项目中的测试文件目录结构。主要变更包括：

  1. 将测试相关文件从 test 目录迁移到 tests 目录。
  2. 更新文档以反映测试文件的新位置。
  3. 验证迁移后的测试脚本功能，确保其正常运行。

验证步骤

  1. 单测验证： 使用 bash integration_test.sh all 命令运行所有集成测试，确保迁移后功能正常。

  2. 文档验证： 确保文档中所有提及测试文件的路径均已更新。

测试文件迁移： 将 integration_test.sh 和 README.md 文件迁移到 tests 目录。 文档更新： 更新了 build_kuscia_cn.md 中的路径。 功能验证： 运行迁移后的测试脚本，确保功能正常。

请先修复 aci 流水线相关 failed 的问题。其次你提交的代码中的 integration_test.sh 集成测试脚本中的内容都没了呢？可以对边原文件中的脚本内容
