详细要求
为了确保 Kuscia 的健壮性，需要单测尽可能覆盖更多的代码，本任务需要添加对 cmd 目录下代码文件的单元测试。
- 功能性：
- 熟悉并了解 cmd 目录下的代码逻辑，从自己熟悉过程中，对需要添加代码注释的部分，补充所需的必要注释；
- 单测尽可能覆盖方法函数；
- 正确性：熟悉并了解 cmd 目录下的代码逻辑，单测尽可能覆盖正常场景及异常场景；

- 提交说明：功能开发完成后，关联该 ISSUE 并提交代码至 https://github.com/secretflow/kuscia
能力要求
- 对 Kuscia 有一定了解
- 熟悉 Golang
