Upgrade Kotlin to 1.5.0

Building the Kotlin JVM on Arch Linux fails at the current Kotlin version. Upgrading to 1.5.0 fixed this on my machine. https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-46604

The Kotlin upgrade might be nontrivial due to the changes to multiplatform - I've given that an attempt, and the JS build had serious issues making a bundle.
