Q: can this library be used for Android

Hi @itmayi. the libseccomp library should work on any modern Linux system, including Android, however I don't have any direct experience as an Android developer so I'm afraid I'm not going to be of much help here. I might suggest looking at the Android Open Source Project to see what resources they have available. Good luck!
