FWIW it looks like the [exFAT specification](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/fileio/exfat-specification) was published by Microsoft in August 2019, with the [express purpose](https://cloudblogs.microsoft.com/opensource/2019/08/28/exfat-linux-kernel/) of getting good Linux support.

How about a `src/SUMMARY.md` specifying the default chapter structure expected for all languages that are up to date and forcing specialized `src/*/SUMMARY.md` for the languages that have not yet made...
