Many profession related "spells" seem to be missing?

Hi, I'm trying to setup the "utility wheel", putting things like cooking and alchemy on it. Some stuff shows up, but much does not - I can't seem to open cooking at all. When I go to the "Cooking" action in the professions screen, it does NOT get a "Y" for more options, so I can't add it to the utility wheel from there. (Alchemy is similar). My guess is that there's something about that spell that means consoleport is unable to detect it's ID properly to be able to bind it to the wheel?

It should be noted that under "General" spells, none of my professions show up there either.

This is in dragonflight (retail) 10.0.2, and I'm using a steamdeck.
