Bug: Download button CSS not displayed

As you can see in the image the button does not have the intended style. However, the classes are listed in the dev tools.

Browser Information: Chrome 129.0.6668.70 (Edge 129.0.2792.65 works!)

So this could also be a browser or setup issue, idk.
