FilterChip: Jumping on selection

Description

As the filter chip is currently implemented it will change size on selection/de-selection. This can cause content to move and change the layout in unintended ways.

Suggestion is to only move the content inside the filter chip. To not affect the space around it.

Hi @Fredrik-Oberg ,

I will check this and sync with the design as well as on the second example the text is moving to create the space, perhaps we could do something like that. Will let you know asap.
