0.8.0 with --valid-ips results in 'No unassociated Elastic IP found!' error

Version 0.8.0 seems to be broken when using the --valid-ips option, it reports No unassociated Elastic IP found! (but there is one IP address available).

Workaround: downgrade to 0.7.1

0.8.0 has been reverted. I have released 0.8.1 which is essentially just a rollback. Sorry for the inconvenience!
