File-system change to edited file is not recognised

I noticed the following:

1. Save file in OLS.
2. Edit file with Notepad++, save.
3. Alt-Tab back to OLS. Save again. No complaints, save simply executed.
4. Alt-Tab to Notepad++. Notepad++ complains that the content of the file changed and asks if it should be reloaded.

I think OLS should guard file integrity in the same way as NP++ does (ask for reload if no edits, ask for new save location/overwrite if there are).
