May 15 Commit not working

The december build is working, the commit done May 15 doesnt seem to work. when trying to simulate notting happen. no fluid. Same scene i December build is working fine. No error message.

Windows 10 Nvidia GFX 1070 i7 Cofee lake cpu 16 GB Ram
