Sample doesn't work

This project doesn't work for me when I tried using it without Docker on Ubuntu 20.04 with libmsquic installed. https://github.com/natemcmaster/LettuceEncrypt/issues/228#issuecomment-968054245

Also, I have big doubts that it serves a full chain including the X1 root certificate. https://github.com/natemcmaster/LettuceEncrypt/issues/229

After 1 year, i have same issue, .NET 7, everything on latest version.
