Extractive Preprocessing.ipynb is missing

Hi,

I cannot find the Extractive Preprocessing.ipynb, which is mentioned at (b) step in README.md. I think the file is missing. Can you upload that notebook script?

Assuming this is the notebook used to generate the src and tgt files from CNN / DM stories, I'd also be really interested in this, as I would like to generate these files for new stories. Is this maybe still available somewhere?
