Surface Pro 5 Wireless issues

I have a Surface pro 5 running the latest stable branch R128. I am having issues with some WAP2 Encrypted networks saying wrong password when I know it’s right. It will also not connect to my phone iPhone hotspot. This is with kernel 6.1 and 6.6. I tried the same SSID on a Fortinet FortiAP 231G and a Eero 6 with the same settings. It worked on the Fortinet AP but not on the Eero. I tried the same thing on the same Surface pro running PopOS on a USB stick and they both worked fine. I have tired to do a power wash and it still didn't work.
