Finally got round to adding namespaces. Still a work in progress [on the dev branch](https://github.com/co-cart/co-cart/tree/dev) which will be the new master branch.
I'm still deciding on how to use Namespaces for the API it's self.
Closing this issue now. Leaving the API as is.

As you can see some documentation does not explain well enough how to extend CoCart. This filter doesn't say what's allowed to be passed in order to add additional parameters...
