Add Helm chart for operator deployment

Although we have kustomize deployment templates, I think Helm is more common

Is this still being considered at all or are there any gotchas? Otherwise, could we start with a basic helm chart contribution to test things out if there are no blockers?

Having an official helm chart will help make seaweedfs even more successful

I am new to SeaweedFS and am just about to try it out. I would be happy to help with this in any way I can. I also cross-posted to bitnami's repo which hosts some nice helm-charts: https://github.com/bitnami/charts/issues/11758

I believe this now exists here: https://github.com/seaweedfs/seaweedfs-operator/tree/master/deploy/helm

If/when https://github.com/seaweedfs/seaweedfs-operator/pull/96 is merged, it will generate an official release, and https://github.com/seaweedfs/seaweedfs-operator/issues/97 is fixed, we can probably close this issue.
