Feature: Disable rooms for certain time slots / days

I'd like to take up IdanYaffee's idea (https://github.com/seatsurfing/seatsurfing/issues/390#issuecomment-2577571949=):

It would be great if you could temporarily deactivate certain/all rooms for specific times. For example, during employer-sponsored closing times or on holidays.

The times would be known in advance, and bookings would not be allowed during that period.

Manually deactivating rooms for a holiday (and reactivating them afterward) is quite a lot of work with a large number of rooms. It would be better if it were possible to assign specific lockout times to individual rooms (and/or all rooms).
