hg19 centromere and telomere support

Can you provide centromere and telomere data for hg19? or the way to generate these data? Thanks!

Thanks for your interest in Alleloscope! I just uploaded the centromere and telomere data for hg19 to the "data" folder. The data were downloaded from the UCSC Table Browser (https://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables). You could either re-install the package or save the file separately to use. Hope this helps!
