some "old" Examples using JRuleEvent instead of JRuleItemEvent

JRulEvent has no more getState / getOldState. Looks for me that Examples 3,4,19,23,26,28 should be corrected.

Yes, Examples should be moved to a compilable project as already mentioned in https://github.com/seaside1/jrule/issues/111
