Double bang `!!` not working Webkit & Chromium (CSP `form-action` / searxng-docker)

The CSP form-action is set in the configuration of Caddy ..

.. which prevents web browsers to follow the redirects of the double bang !!.

Seems Firefox is the only browser that ignores CSP form-action.
