Show the correct URL to be able to transfert preferences cookies from one browser to an other

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Several SearX users are requesting a simple way to save preferences from one browser to an other: https://github.com/searx/searx/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+preferences

SearX is able to give a preferences URL for later searches:

The problem is this URL is not really useful. If you paste it into the address bar of a browser, it will return a search for "%s".

I suppose most users won't realise they'll have to copy this URL and paste it into their browser preferences to be able to use the custom preferences

Maybe it should be a good idea to give a more meaningful message about how the users are supposed to use this URL!

Because when you paste the https://searx.be/?preferences=eJxtVk/.../&q=%s into the address bar, it will replace the ?preference by search?preference= and you won't be able to save the cookie later.

Describe the solution you'd like

If you just copy the URL from the preference page, paste it into a text editor, add preferences before the ?preferences (it will become preferences?preferences) and remove the &q=%s part.

Then you'll get the preferences panel with your options preconfigured, and you can save the cookie.

It's not very obvious nor user friendly, the preferences option could give the URL to save preferences into a new browser, and in addition add the "search" link for entering into the new browser preferences (with a hint how to use it)
