Supporting submit to Kattis?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the tool does not support submitting to Kattis.

Describe the solution you'd like Integrating with https://github.com/Kattis/kattis-cli (maybe allow user to configure path to the submit.py file and the Python executable?).

(Is that an okay idea, should I pull request?)

(the only 2 sites that I know that use DOMJudge are https://competition.binus.ac.id/ and https://domjudge.qoj.ac though, and both are not open to public access. May not worth it)

Describe alternatives you've considered Reimplementing the feature, but that takes time and may breaks when Kattis UI updates.
