I am interested in backup solution, the thing is it is complicated to handle uuid and guid permissions problem.

Your solution is to use a S3 which is a sync technologie like dropbox.

Is it hard to add an opensource solution like rsync ?

S3 storage can be too expensive I am using dropbox which is only 60€ / month for unlimited storage.

Hi @seapy, sorry for coming back that late. I had some time to test the Dropbox upload. There is an unexpected behavior, you can't store on Dropbox container's data has a "Drive". By "drive" I mean having the app data folder next to each others and use the same Dropbox account for every app.

The way it is made require dropbox to be synchronized on the computer and synced. You can still exclude some folder after the syncing is done, but if you had more "Drive", they won't be excluded.
