Note the "no interlocks whatsoever" has the "no interlocks" underlined in the original memo. There is no obvious way I know of to do underlines in MD and am not sure if my emphasis marks should be included or not.

Possible gap in PR: should the PR also be updating the tindallgram site so the MD is linked? I am just realizing that now :)

The indexes all get generated when the site is deployed, so you don't need to do anything extra about that
