Support for "shebang"

Hello, lovely little FORTH, sub-words and words as libraries are great.

Playing around with writing a little text template engine and discovered reforth doesn't support "shebang" e.g.

#!/usr/bin/env reforth
...

Would it possible to add this? Thanks!
