Error when activating the plugin

Just after clicking on activate a blank page ist shown with following error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'int' (T_STRING), expecting function (T_FUNCTION) or const (T_CONST) in /my/beautiful/installation/user/plugins/seans-qrcode/plugin.php on line 40
